  2. You define the audience to be profiled for adaptive learning (this can be a team, work group, department, etc.)

  3. The system produces an aggregated audience profile

  4. The system determines a “learning style” that best represents the target group

  5. You use the information to design and deliver the training to the target group

Once you employees have completed the assessment, you can repeat steps 2 thru 5 as many times and in as many combinations to meet your training objectives.
