Application and reinforcement
is provided to the participant and the client organization in several ways.
First,
we track through email contact with each participant several key inputs
including feedback for the four Kirkpatrick evaluation factors.
Second,
again through email, we provide each participant a link to reinforcement
activities throughout the course life-cycle. The web-based reinforcement
is unique to each course module and provides specific actions to apply their new
skills, knowledge and abilities on the job.
