Application and reinforcement is provided to the participant and the client organization in several ways.

First, we track through email contact with each participant several key inputs including feedback for the four Kirkpatrick evaluation factors.

Second, again through email, we provide each participant a link to reinforcement activities throughout the course life-cycle.  The web-based reinforcement is unique to each course module and provides specific actions to apply their new skills, knowledge and abilities on the job.

Kirkpatrick - Evaluating Training Programs: The Four Levels, 2nd Edition.

Level One - Reaction

Evaluates the course or learning intervention including the instructor, course content, learning approach, and overall satisfaction.

Level Two - Learning

Evaluates the knowledge gained, skills developed or improved, and change in attitudes.

Level Three - Application

Evaluates the learned skills, knowledge and abilities and their application on the job.

Level Four - Resultant Impact

Evaluates the impact on bottom line results, generally in terms of increases in productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Finally, this information and data are summarized for the client company and submitted at the conclusion of the training intervention.
