2. Mentoring Organizational Readiness and Effectiveness (M*O*R*E) Workshop

       

A good place to start is with the M*O*R*E workshop.  In this workshop the participants will explore perceptions, issues and concerns regarding mentoring determine how to link mentoring to specific business objectives

learn the five focuses of mentoring understand why a systematic approach ensure a successful process determine the value of a Mentoring Process to the Mentor, the Mentee and the Organization define the benefits and challenges of introducing mentoring to the organization learn the guidelines and criteria required to design, initiate and implement a successful mentoring process identify elements in place that are supporting successful mentoring initiative

  

The M*O*R*E workshop is designed to allow organizations to preview the concept of Mentoring as a developmental process and then determine if:

1.      mentoring is or is not a viable option within the organization.

2.      mentoring is not a viable option within the organization.

3.      mentoring is not a viable option now, but will be in the future – how do we get ready?

4.      mentoring is a viable option now and we want to proceed -- how do we do that?

  

The investment in the workshop format can save many hours and expense by providing information that is needed to proceed in an organized fashion or to determine not to proceed at all.

  

The delivery of the course work by the facilitator will provide a balance between brief lectures, discussions and exercises. Ample time is allowed for questioning and interaction as necessary.
