The administration system allows the client organization ability to:

Create the hierarchical structure of the organization with respect to geography, unit, functional discipline, departments, etc. to match capabilities and content with users.

Create position descriptions to facilitate the internal job posting process and match jobs and talent effectively.

Upload, create, edit, delete, manage and publicize job openings.

Create user side message posting boards and forums. Create various threads and manage the information within the forums.

Manage site wide announcements for communicating similar information to all users.

Create, edit, and delete packages of user sidebar components to be distributed to individuals, groups, or departments. Edit the names of sections and elements within the system and choose which components will be delivered to specific individuals.

Create, edit, delete, and manage your own Frequently Asked Questions for users of the system.

Create and manage a centralized calendar for effective resource planning of counseling, training and administrative activities.
