Coaching for Teams

Who is this resource for?

Coaching for Teams provides the resources, tools, and

processes coaches need to develop, lead and implement

effective team building initiatives for –

·         Corporate Leadership Teams

·         Functional Teams

·         Project Teams

·         Client-Delivery Teams

·         Business Initiative Teams

– to improve task execution and outcomes, interpersonal relationships, productivity, quality experience, customer satisfaction and overall team effectiveness.

What is the objective?

To present a practical guide for planning, developing and facilitating                     a team building initiative.

To introduce a model that identifies the Stages of Team Development               and describes the characteristics and indicators of each stage, as                    well as action steps to be completed before the team can progress                     to the next stage.

To present a profile, using the TeamMark Team Report, of your team’s      similarities and differences, as well as the advantages and disadvantages associated with your team type.

To provide structured activities to help diagnose a team’s weak spots,         improve task and relationship skills and learn how to better utilize a               team’s strengths.

To understand that team development is not a program but an on-going      process.  No team is ever perfect; there is always room for improvement.

What are the different components covered?
