Scoring and Results

The results of the Team Stages survey for Judy's team clearly show they are in the Norming Stage.  Judy can now identify the Action Steps to be completed and review the Symptoms of Uncompleted Steps of preceding stages and complete the Suggested Activities provided in the Stages of Team Development - Coaching Notes.

Judy can also gain considerable insight from the way her team responded to each specific question stem.

The results of each question stem, shown as percentages, is presented in rank order to provide a quick reference to what the team views itself as doing well and what it views itself as needing improvement.
