Two Points of Entry

TeamView provides the user the ability to initiate the assessment process at two entry points depending upon whether the team development issues are known or are unknown.

 

If known, the team issues are presented in the assessment for feedback, comments, cognitive mapping, and problem solving.

 

If not known, the team issues are the result of soliciting feedback through qualitative and quantitative data gathering techniques.
