Enhancements

 

TeamMark – We are adding significant interpretive narrative and graphs to the temperaments section of the team profile report. This will provide an expanded view of the team and allow new insight and discussion opportunities. 

 

CenterMark – We are adding “Careers” to each of the 16 type sections that will provide a list of typical careers. 

 

Working Styles – We are adding additional graphs to the Scoring Summary page which will aggregate and average the results of co-worker assessments along side the self-assessment scores for easier comparison and added information.

 

Working Styles – We are developing new features that will expand the results to include areas of Characteristic Behavior, Emotional Expression, and Assertiveness.

 

 

New Products

 

TeamMark (b) – We are developing a module for including values clarification (ValueBase) at the team or work group level.  The module focuses on the knowledge that groups develop collective value-sets which, in the aggregate express group behavior, attitude, relationships, and goals. 

 

TeamMark (c) – We are developing a module that addresses team stages and how these stages reflect aspects or orientations of team development.  The module focuses on the key areas of the tasks the team takes on and the interpersonal group structure.

 

TeamMark (d) – We are developing a resource of exercises, break-outs, and materials for coaches working with teams in areas of accountability, communication, conflict resolution, decision making, development and growth, group dynamics, mission, purpose and goals, problem solving, rewards and recognition, and roles and responsibilities.  

 

ChangeMark – We will be announcing a new change management assessment that will help organizations:

a. identify the attitudes and behaviors toward change; those who drive, enable, hesitate, resist

b. define the complexity and manage relationships, including technical, political and cultural

c. understand the implications and the affects of change on the future state of the organization

 

Demand-Side Staffing and Recruiting –  We have developed a total solution system for hiring managers and in-house recruiting departments to manage ongoing requirements, as well as large-scale employee acquisition initiatives.  The system provides a total end-to-end process from applicant identification -- to candidate selection -- to employee on-boarding and fast-ramping.
