Team Stages 

From extensive research in team dynamics and the process of team building we know a great deal about how teams operate.  Theory on team development predicts that themes, like individuals, pass through predictable stages over time.

   

To identify these stages, we have developed an online assessment that, when taken by the team's members will identify which stage the team is in. It serves as a valuable tool to keep the team focused, productive, and effective.

   

We provide you an end-to-end process with numerous resources, facilitator guides and exercises.  

      

 

TeamMark

TeamMark Report™ is an assessment used to develop a unique profile and characterization of teams, work groups, departments, business units and entire organizations.

       

TeamMark presents a profile of your team’s similarities and differences, as well as the advantages and disadvantages associated with your team type.  Additionally, the profile contains a framework and suggested strategies for improving team effectiveness and interpersonal relationships within your team.  

  

The team profile is a result of the aggregated score of the team's members.  We provide you an end-to-end process with numerous resources, facilitator guides and exercises.  

    

   

TeamStyle 

The TeamStyle Report™ expands upon the four-quadrant model introduced in the Working Style assessment.  It presents a profile of your team’s characteristics and helps you determine your team’s favored style, its strengths and growth opportunities.  

    

The report provides insights as similarities and differences among team members and contains valuable guidelines and tips you can draw on to promote understanding, defuse conflict and more fully utilize each member’s talents.

 

   

TeamView

The TeamView toolset is designed to gather information about teams, work groups, departments, divisions, and even entire organizations.  The process provides opportunity to obtain feedback in the form of qualitative, quantitative, and cognitive mapping formats.  


The toolset is designed for scanning attitudes, perceptions of potential means for improvement, and for collecting new and fresh perspectives of performance.
TeamView provides a unique platform for articulating an important cross section of voices in the team or work group by collecting spontaneous, authentic data allowing an ability to articulate often never communicated, intuitive, dominating perceptions.
